This is your time to move, stretch, and rejuvenate in a supportive and peaceful environment. ☔ Rain Plan: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, I’ll offer a Zoom option so you can still enjoy your practice from home. 💫 Special Pricing💫 The usual price for my 6-week courses is $120 - I’ve reduced it to $99 to acknowledge that life can be busy!
