Feeling like you're always busy? Giving out more energy than you have in the tank? Would you like to intentionally make time for yourself? Transport yourself to the Bali Gardens.

Join us at the Recharge Day Retreat near Matakana. This retreat offers a sanctuary for anyone seeking a time to pause, rest, and rejuvenate, emerging with clear intentions and renewed energy

During this day, we'll delve into practices that activate our 'rest and restore' mode, lowering stress hormone levels and enhancing mental health, digestion, and sleep quality. 

The following practices combine to 'fill your cup' and steer you back on track so that when you give out energy, you're giving from the overflow and maintaining your own energy reserves and direction:

Opening and closing circle

Nervous system workshop

Recharge Yoga Practice (Yin, Restorative)

Breath exploration/ pranayama

Walking meditation among the palms

Guided intention setting

Reiki healing

Aromatherapy neck shoulder massage

Guided visualisation meditation and Yoga Nidra

A nourishing lunch, tea and snacks, and a little gift provided

NB: Spaces are limited, so early booking is advised! Suitable for all levels including complete beginners.

What to bring: A water bottle and a notepad+pen. Props will be provided, but you may wish to bring your own mat or anything that helps you feel more cosy.

Your teacher: Lauren is a highly qualified wellness pro with over 16 years of global teaching experience, in the UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. A fully qualified Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and Group Fitness Professional, experienced in teaching: Spin, Zumba, Aqua Aerobics, Body Balance, Body Combat, and specialising in Yoga, Pilates, and Women's Health.

The Venue: Matakana's very own oasis - Bali Gardens. Check it out, it's absolutely stunning!
