A safe, specialised massage designed to support mums-to-be. Pregnancy Massage mobilises the joints and uses gentle massage techniques to offer a safe and relaxing way to ease some of pregnancy’s discomforts. Some of the therapeutic benefits are reduced swelling, improved blood circulation, relief from lower back pain, minimised stretch marks, and emotional support and balance. Please note, however, that Pregnancy Massage can only be performed from the second trimester onwards, and assumes that the pregnancy is low risk. Location: Pacific Heights, Orewa
