Yoga Nidra or Yogic sleep is a hour of pure meditation practise that on deep relaxation. This deep rest helps to reduce the body's cortisol (stress hormone) levels which results in improved sleep, mental health, digestion and calms the nervous system.

Yoga Nidra or Yogic sleep is a hour of pure meditation practise that on deep relaxation. This deep rest helps to reduce the body's cortisol (stress hormone) levels which results in improved sleep, mental health, digestion and calms the nervous system.
Arrive at the studio and grab a cup of tea. Find a spot and as many props are you would like to be comfy for the next hour. We will do some gentle mobility work to begin to ensure you are relaxed and able to lie still. Ensure you dress warmly, you may wish to bring a blanket.
If you regularly feel tired or run down, you could have adrenal fatigue, after this session you will feel like you've had a really good nights sleep ad totally blissed out. Spaces are limieted to please register and buy a ticket today to make sure your spot is saved.
