This session includes:

Neck Shoulder Massage and Reiki Healing

Deep meditation/ Yoga Nidra

Tea, chats and chocolate

Yin and Restorative Yoga combine to mobilse the body and calm the nervous system. Reiki and aromatherapy neck/ shoulder massage allow you to drop in to a deeper state of relaxation so that you are ready for your deep meditation (Yoga Nidra).

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a meditative practice that delivers deep relaxation. This deep rest helps to reduce the bodies cortisol levels (stress hormone) which results in improved sleep, mental health, digestion and also calms the nervous system. We also work to reprogram the sub consious mind through affirmation to shift negative beliefs and empower us to be our best selves. If you regularly feel tired or run down this session may help you to recharge you leaving you feeling like you've had a really good nights sleep and totally blissed out.

Please dress warmly. All props are provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
