Spend a Friday night in with like minded souls being guided through a journey of practices to help you leave the week behind and enter the weekend feeling calm, lighter and recharged.

This session includes:

Gentle Yin and Restorative Yoga

Neck Shoulder Massage and Reiki Healing

Deep meditation/ Yoga Nidra

Tea, chats and chocolate

Yin and Restorative Yoga combine to mobilse the body and regulate the nervous system. Reiki and aromatherapy neck/ shoulder massage allow you to drop in to a deeper state of relaxation in preparation for your deep sleep meditation (Yoga Nidra).

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a meditative practice that delivers deep relaxation. This deep rest helps to reduce the bodies cortisol levels (stress hormone) which results in improved sleep, mental health, digestion and more. We also work to reprogram the sub consious mind through sankalpa (affirmation) to help shift negative beliefs and empower us to be our best selves. This session will help you to recharge,  leaving you feeling like you've had a really good nights sleep (Nidra is said to be equal to 2-4 hours good sleep).

Please dress warmly. All props are provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
