• Creativity workshop by Sally Wallace M.A
• Guided intention setting
• Reiki healing
• Aromatherapy neck shoulder massage
• Guided future self meditation

Meet your experienced guides:

• Lauren, a highly qualified wellness professional with over 15 years of teaching experience, specializing in Yoga, Pilates, and Women's Health.
• Sally Wallace, a published Welsh writer with an M.A in Creative Writing and a wealth of experience teaching adult education in the UK. When not writing, Sally paints large botanicals watercolors, and portraits in charcoal and oil for forthcoming exhibitions.

Spaces are limited, so early booking is advised. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Bring a water bottle and a notepad+pen. Props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own mat or anything that adds to your coziness.
