This day retreat is set in the gorgeous Bali Gardens surrounded by Palm trees and a taste of Bali.

NB: Spaces are limited, so book your space early | Suitable for all levels including complete beginners.

What to bring: Props will be provided but please bring your own mat, water bottle and notepad+pen. You may also wish to bring a blanket and small pillow/cushion.

Your teachers: Lauren is a highly qualified wellness pro with 16 years teaching experience. She will be joined by Vicky Read from Ascension break up recovery and self love coaching who is a certified Life Coach & NLP Practitioner, who will be delivering a self love workshop.

The Venue: The Bali Gardens just past Matakana
