Full moon Day Retreat

The Full moon is a time to release what now longer serves you and make space for what you desire. Would you like to create more space and intention for your desires?

The Full moon Day Retreat is for anyone who desires space to pause, reflect, release and refocus, ready to move forward with clear intention. 

We often give out our energy leaving us feeling depleated and knocking us of track. The following practices combine to 'fill your cup' and steer you back on track so that when you give energy, you're giving from the overflow and maintaining your own energy reserves and direction:

• Opening and closing circle
• Gentle Yoga
• Breath exploration/ pranayama 
• Pilates
• Guided full moon intention setting
• Reiki 
• Aromatherapy neck shoulder massage
• Guided meditation/ Yoga Nidra
• A nourishing lunch

Leave feeling calm, present and lighter.

This Day retreat is later in the day so that we get to watch the sunset and see the full moon!

NB: Spaces are limited, so book your space early | Suitable for all levels including complete beginners.

What to bring: Props will be provided but please bring your own mat, water bottle and notepad+pen. You may also wish to bring a blanket and small pillow/cushion.

Your teacher: Lauren is a highly qualified wellness pro with 15 years teaching experience. 

The Venue: The beautiful Sacred Earth Retreat Centre set in the heart of the Waitakeres with a stunning view out to the ocean.
