Deep meditation/ Yoga Nidra

Tea, chats and chocolate

Yin and Restorative Yoga combine to mobilse the body and regulate the nervous system. Reiki and aromatherapy neck/ shoulder massage allow you to drop in to a deeper state of relaxation in preparation for your deep sleep meditation (Yoga Nidra).

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a meditative practice that delivers deep relaxation. This deep rest helps to reduce the bodies cortisol levels (stress hormone) which results in improved sleep, mental health, digestion and also calms the nervous system. We also work to reprogram the sub consious mind through sankalpa (affirmation) to help shift negative beliefs and empower us to be our best selves. This session will help you to recharge,  leaving you feeling like you've had a really good nights sleep and totally blissed out.

Please dress warmly. All props are provided but please bring your own mat. You are also encouraged to bring a blanket and cushion.
