This deep rest helps to reduce the bodies cortisol levels (stress hormone) which results in improved sleep, mental health, digestion and also calms the nervous system. Yoga Nidra is 75 minutes of pure meditation practice that delivers deep relaxation. This deep rest helps to reduce the bodies cortisol levels (stress hormone) which results in improved sleep, mental health, digestion and also calms the nervous system.

If you regularly feel tired or run down, you could have adrenal fatigue. After this session you will feel like you've had a really good nights sleep and totally blissed out. Spaces are limited, so book your space today.

Arrive at the studio and grab a cup of tea. Find a spot and as many props as you would like to, to be comfy for the next hour.  We will do some gentle mobility work to begin with to ensure you are relaxed and able to lie still. Please dress warmly. You may wish to bring a blanket.
