Yoga Nidra is 75 minutes of meditative practice that delivers deep relaxation. This deep rest helps to reduce the bodies cortisol levels (stress hormone) which results in improved sleep, mental health, digestion and also calms the nervous system. Includes massage, essential oils.

Yoga Nidra is 75 minutes of meditative practice that delivers deep relaxation. This deep rest helps to reduce the bodies cortisol levels (stress hormone) which results in improved sleep, mental health, digestion and also calms the nervous system. 

Includes massage, essential oils.

If you regularly feel tired or run down, you could have adrenal fatigue. After this session you will feel like you've had a really good nights sleep and totally blissed out. Spaces are limited, so book your space today.

We will do some gentle mobility work to begin with to ensure you are relaxed and able to lie still. Please dress warmly. You may wish to bring a blanket.
