Yoga Nidra is 75 minutes of meditative practice that delivers deep relaxation. This deep rest helps to reduce the bodies cortisol levels (stress hormone) which results in improved sleep, mental health, digestion and also calms the nervous system. Includes massage, gentle yoga, tea & essential oils.

About the event

Yoga Nidra is a meditative practice that delivers deep relaxation. This deep rest helps to reduce the bodies cortisol levels (stress hormone) which results in improved sleep, mental health, digestion and also calms the nervous system. If you regularly feel tired or run down, you could have adrenal fatigue. After this session you may feel like you've had a really good nights sleep and totally blissed out. 

We will do some gentle mobility work to begin with to ensure you are relaxed and able to lie still comfortably for the massage and Yoga Nidra meditation. Please dress warmly. You may wish to bring a blanket and pillow.

Spaces are limited, so book your space early.

Includes massage, gentle yoga, tea and essential oils.
