  • Self-Love Workshops: Explore your core values and boundaries in two powerful sessions led by Vicky Read from Ascension Self Love Coaching. Dive into what truly matters to you and learn tools to honor your wants and needs.

  • Yoga Practices: Flow through Vinyasa and Yin Yoga to nourish your body and quiet your mind.

  • Walking Meditation (Weather Dependent): Let nature guide you as you walk with intention and awareness.

  • Individual Reiki Energy Healing: Tap into the gentle energy of Reiki to balance and recharge.

  • Individual Aromatherapy Massage: Relax and release tension with a soothing neck and shoulder massage.

  • Guided Journaling: Reflect on your insights and dreams with intention and self-compassion.

  • Meditation & Yoga Nidra: End your day with deeply restorative practices to leave you feeling renewed.
