This day retreat is set in the heart of the Waitakeres at the stunning Savitri temple over looking the bush and sea.

What to bring: Props will be provided but please bring your own mat, water bottle and notepad+pen. You may also wish to bring a blanket and small pillow/cushion.

Your teacher: Lauren is a highly qualified wellness pro with 15 years teaching experience. She will be delivering a self love coaching session devised by Vicky Read from Ascension break up recovery and self love coaching who is a certified Life Coach & NLP Practitioner.

The Venue: The beautiful Sacred Earth Retreat Centre set in the heart of the Waitakeres with a stunning view out to the ocean.
