Soulful Sunday

Soulful Sundays are about taking time out for you. Step away from everything and into a space of calm for the evening.  Experience a mix of Yoga, massage and deep meditation (Yoga Nidra) leaving you feeling calm, present and energised.

Includes massage, organic tea, dark choc & essential oils.

Lauren is a highly qualified teacher with years of experience. For this session she will offer Yin and Restorative Yoga to mobilse and calm the nervous system before offering aromatherapy neck/ shoulder massgae followed by deep meditation (Yoga Nidra)

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a meditative practice that delivers deep relaxation. This deep rest helps to reduce the bodies cortisol levels (stress hormone) which results in improved sleep, mental health, digestion and also calms the nervous system. If you regularly feel tired or run down, you could have adrenal fatigue. After this session you may feel like you've had a really good nights sleep and totally blissed out. 

We will do some gentle mobility work to begin with to ensure you are relaxed and able to lie still comfortably for the massage and Yoga Nidra meditation. 

Please dress warmly. You may wish to bring a blanket and pillow.

Spaces are limited, so book your space early.

Pre & post-natal safe. Suitable for all levels including complete beginners.
