Reiki Energy Healing (Women-only in-person | online optional if you offer) Energetic reset for when you feel ‘off’, heavy, or stuck. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. You’ll stay fully clothed, lying down comfortably, while I guide the session and support your body to soften into rest. Great for: stress, emotional overwhelm, burnout, low mood, poor sleep, feeling disconnected, big life transitions. You’ll leave feeling: calmer, clearer, and more resourced. About me: Reiki practitioner + 18+ years in movement and mind–body wellbeing. My approach is grounded, practical and gentle.
