Service Description
Reiki is a form of energy healing originating from Japan, which helps to relieve stress, trauma, clear blocked energy and help with relaxation. Reiki is primarily a hands off treatment. When receiving reiki, you may feel sensations of heat, tingling and deep relaxation. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Lauren's training comes via the Usui Ryoho lineage. NB: Session includes 45 mins Reiki and up to 15 minutes discussion time after. Location: Pacific Heights, Orewa If the times available don't suit, please contact Lauren directly :)
Cancellation Policy
